• To download HROffice Vacancy plugin, please visit below URL and get your latest plugin zip file
• Download Plugin URL: https://www.nowonline.nl/Download-HROffice-ATS-WordPress-Plugin
• Go to wordpress dashboard and click on Plugins->Add New
• Click on Upload Plugin
• Click on Browse, Select plugin’s zip file from your computer and click on Install Now
• After successful installation click on Activate

- After activate the plugin, it will be visible under Plugins. (Screenshot below)

- Once plugin is activated, click on Settings in order to use plugins feature (As per screenshot above)

- Add your license key you received from HRO and click on Validate License

- After successful validation you will see success message and on left panel you will see HROffice Vacancy menu

• To list vacancies on the website you need to create a Shortcode
• Click on HROffice Vacancy -> Add New to create Shortcode
• You will see some fields as per below screenshot

- Add Title for your own shortcode which is useful to identify if there are multiple shortcode you have created

- You need to add details under Portal ID, Developer Key which you received and select Language ID which is set in your HRO account

Note: You will see multiple Language ID in drop down but you have to select correct language ID as per configuration made in HRO account

- After adding all details click on Validate Credential and it will show status above it in API Status area

- Once validation successfully done, you need to Publish your settings for further configuration

- Click on All Shortcodes and you will see list of all which you have created

- If you want to do any changes for particular shortcode then click on Edit for the same

- By clicking on Trash will Unpublished your shortcode and you will no longer see vacancies on the front end which is coming from relevant shortcode

- After publish your shortcode you will be able to see All Tabs to make settings to list vacancies

- Under Listing Page Tab you will get to see all settings related to the page where all vacancies will be lists on the front end

1.1 Check Job Data: All settings will be visible automatically but this button is used to refresh new settings if added in your HRO account

1.2 Select Job data you want to display on Vacancy list page: Selected data will be visible for vacancy on the front end (Screenshot below)

1.3 Change Selected Vacancy Listing data Labels: If you want different labels (Screenshot above) then you can define in the text box. Otherwise if you leave box empty then it won’t show any label on front end

1.4 View Job Button Text: To set button text (Screenshot above I.e. Bekijk vacature)

1.5 Limit Number of Results: It will list vacancies as per your settings. In this example 6 vacancies will be listed in the front end

1.6 Load More Button Text: After 6 vacancies, button will load more vacancies and you can set label for that button from here

1.7 Select Vacancy Listing Page: The shortcode you created, you have to put on the page (The page which you created from the Pages menu from left Panel). E.g. If you created Vacancy List page from pages and you have placed the shortcode then you need to select Vacancy List page from this drop down

1.8 Select Vacancy Listing Page Layout: You can display vacancy lists either as list or grid layout. If you select Grid layout then you can set images for the vacancies as per the category or else default image will be display

1.9 Vacancy Listing Above Content: If you want to display some description above the vacancies then you can add texts in this box

2.0 Update: After all settings done click on Update from right top section

1.4 Show Category image in Top: The images you have set in Listing Page Tab for the Grid Layout will be visible for the detail page in top as banner

1.5 Job Apply button Text: If you want to change Apply Job text then you can do it from here

1.6 Back to Vacancy Link Text: If you want to change Back button text then you can do it from here

1.7 Job Detail Above Content: If you want to show some content above the vacancy details then you can add in this box

1.8 Job Detail Below Content: If you want to show some content below the vacancy details then you can add in this box

1.9 Sidebar Below Content: If you want to show some content below right sidebar then you can add in this box

- In this tab you can do settings for the apply job form you see on the website.

1.1 Apply Form Title Text: This will be visible above the form as a title

1.2 Max Upload Size:You can restrict candidate by uploading file more that specific amount of size set in this box. E.g. Candidate could not upload file more than 5MB

1.3 Terms of Service Checkbox Text: Text for the Terms of Service checkbox field in the form

1.4 Privacy Policy Text:You can set text which is visible in Terms of Service sentence

1.5 Privacy Policy Link:You can select privacy policy page which you have created under pages menu

1.6 Form Validation Messages: : You can set your own validation message for maximum file size upload, file format while uploading and Terms of Services checkbox

1.7 Form Submit Button Text:You can change submit form button text

1.8 Back to Vacancy Description Link Text: : You can change back button link which is on top of the page

1.9 Thank you Page Text:After successful form submission candidate will be redirected to thank you page and you can set content for that page

- From this setting page you can change vacancies related data layout in terms of color, font size, button color, background color etc as per the labels

- If you want to use referral tool then you have to enable it first

- You need to add API key under Referral Tool API Key box which you have received

- Click on Check API button to validation if key is correct or not

- You do not need to do/change anything for Referral URL Parameter and Referral Tool API URL

- This system is connected to dev-team-staging.referraltool.app from where you can add your vacancies and create referral URL.
(NOTE: This URL may differ depening on the Referraltool verion you use: Basic or White-label referraltool with shop)

Anyone opens that URL and apply for the vacancy then referral point is added to referral dashboard

- After all configuration are done, shortcode will be visible down below the tabs where you configured your setting and also it can be seen on All Shortcode listing page (As per above screenshot)

- Copy your shortcode and place into your Page

- The shortcode you placed in you page has to be selected under Listing Page Tab settings (Screenshot below)

You can also change the HTML of the plugin for more customizations. This way you have maximum flexibility with the plugin and to make it possible that the pages align even better with your brand.

Start: - HTML Structure can be override by creating folder "hr-office-vacancy-listing" in your active theme.
- Below files can be placed inside folder to change HTML structure.

To Override vacancy listing page: plugin-listing-shortcode.php (Can be found in plugin-folder)
To Override vacancy detail page: plugin-job-single-page.php (Can be found in plugin-folder)

Update:
- Whenever new plugin update is available you will get to see Update Now option for HR Office Vacancy Plugin. Click on Update Now and it will take a while to update and then new version. After the update is successfully done you can now enjoy the new functions we have released.
